How does paying with a Credit Card work?

1. Follow the purchase process;
2. ⁠⁠Register your credit card;
3. The card provider will validate the availability of the amount in your account;
4. You will receive a unique code;
5. Send this unique code to the seller when you receive the product and validate its good condition;
6. ⁠⁠Payment will be processed by your credit card and the amount will be sent to the seller.

How does paying with PIX work?

1. Follow the purchase process;
2. ⁠⁠Make payment via PIX;
3. ⁠⁠The amount paid will not be sent to the seller;
4. ⁠⁠You will receive a unique code;
5. ⁠⁠Send this unique code to the seller when you receive the product and validate its good condition;
6. ⁠⁠Upon receiving the code, the seller will receive their payment.
   

❌ If you do not receive the equipment or receive it in a worse condition than that stated on the website, the amount will not be charged (when made by credit card), or we will refund your payment (when made by PIX).
